Apparel, Pen Bags:  These items are made to order special for you and take 2 weeks to ship.  For holiday orders, please order by November 25th.

All other items: Ships within 7 business days (generally, 2-3).

All items will be shipped via USPS Ground or Priority Service. Please note selecting Priority shipping only decreases transit time, items will still ship within the timeline provided above.

Snarkynurses is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged shipments. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Sometimes orders will be marked as delivered erroneously.  I have no idea where they go but 95% of the time they end up arriving within 1-7 business days. If it does not, contact me using the form below.

We ship to Canada.  Import duties, taxes (GST), and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are thebuyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to purchasing. Refunds/exchanges will be issued if the product is received damaged.  Please email helpstat@snarkynurses.com with a photo of the damaged product within 24 hours of receipt and we will work to replace or refund the item.  Otherwise, no returns or exchanges are accepted at this time.
