Shipping & Returns

Shipping - General Info:

Apparel:  These items are made to order special for you and take 2 weeks to ship.  For holiday orders, please order by November 25th.

All other items: Ships within 7 business days (generally, 1-3).

All items will be shipped via USPS First Class or Priority Service. Please note selecting Priority shipping only decreases transit time, items will still ship within the timeline provided above.

Snarkynurses is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged shipments. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

International Buyers - General Info:

We ship to Canada and Australia.  Import duties, taxes (GST), and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to purchasing. Since shipping prices are expensive - we generally recommend to order in a group to split up the shipping cost a bit.  :) Snarkynurses is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged shipments. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Canada Buyers: there was an attempted delivery on my item, where do I pick it up? 

Please input your USPS tracking number into the Canada Post system for the most up to date tracking information  

Returns/Order Cancellations:  

Refunds/exchanges will be issued if the product is received damaged.  Please contact me within 24 hours of receipt and we will work to replace or refund the item. Please note, a photo of the product will be needed. Otherwise, no returns or exchanges are accepted at this time.
