- Cranberry Cider Braised Beef Stew with Rosemary Polenta by Tieghan Gerard - "I sub pomegranate seeds and thicken it up on the stove top with cornstarch slurry and serve with mashed potatoes. Lasts forever and reheats great!"

- Chicken Shawarma by Sheena Strain - "This has been a favourite recipe for years. I prep multiple ziploc bags of chicken breasts or thighs cut into kebab-sized chunks at once and then toss them in the freezer. Grill or cook on a cast iron pan, serve as a wrap or with naan or as a bowl with roasted potatoes or rice, lettuce, cucumber, onion, olives, tzatziki (I make mine with Greek yogurt for added protein) or garlic sauce or garlic mayo. So flavourful and easy to prep. Pro tip- lay your ziploc bags flat so that they're easier/faster to thaw." (k) (w30)
